Description

It has been found that significant effects occurred at low doses of 40 mg. L-theanine alone improved self-reported relaxation, tension, and calmness starting at 200 mg. Longer-term and larger clinical studies, including those where L-THE is incorporated into the diet regularly, will be welcomed to justify the use of L-THE as a therapeutic agent to reduce stress and anxiety in people exposed to stressful conditions.
