Shipping & Returns
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
All orders are shipped using U.S. Postal Service; delivery is usually 1-5 business days, depending on your location and the service level selected. To calculate estimated shipping charges to your location, just add items to your cart, then click the estimate shipping button.
When shipping to a country other than the United States, any local customs/duty fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
We are dedicated to offering you first class service. If you have any problem with your order, simply return the item(s) within 7 days of receipt for a full refund.
Please note that we only accept returns on items that are unopened, unless the product is damaged or defective. If the return is the result of our error, the cost of the return shipping is free. If your return is not the result of our error, the shipping costs associated with your return will be deducted from the amount of the refund. Once your return has been received, we will issue the refund within 10 days.
